Peacemaking: Building Reconciling Communities

God's Comprehensive Plan to Resolve Conflict and Restore Harmony

Taught by Rick Love

Conflict is a part of life. Struggles within families, society, and even between nations disable us. The good news is, though, that learning what Jesus taught and exemplified can bring reconciliation and peace.

Muslim-Christian relations also comprise one of the momentous challenges of the 21st century. What should followers of Jesus do about it? Are we called to be peacemakers? If so, what does this mean? And how can we live out our calling to be peacemakers in light of our mandate to teach others to follow Jesus? Are these conflicting commands, or could they actually lead to a beautiful, harmonious melody when each is carried out as God intends? We will be addressing all of these issues and more at this seminar.
